Big bang for your buck. Works quickly, easily and permanently. Color was just as shown. No complaints at all, except my hair grows too fast. Only warning-wear something you don’t mind ending up the same color-or cover up. It stains clothing-but so does every dye!! Be careful in white sink and counter top areas. Again-that is standard.

Excellent. Color does not look right when mixed as it is an odd light golden brown color, however, it colors hair correctly! At 55, I only have a little bit gray at the temples, but it looks odd with my dark brown hair, so I some bought this and it is excellent to blend in to my natural hair color. I only use a little bit from each application, but it is so easy not to look like the bride of Frankenstein. 😀

I had been going to the salon for years to cover my gray and was always afraid to try doing it myself. Well, recently we had to cut back on our expenses, and I decided to try this product. The picture on the box looked like my hair color, so I gave it a try. That was four months ago. I no longer go to the salon. It matched up perfectly and looks beautiful. I actually get more complements on my hair now. I have to keep it on for 15 to twenty minutes to really cover the grays, but it really works. I can cover my whole scalp area with one box. The best is that I start seeing the gray roots after three weeks and when I went to the salon, I would go every four weeks, which meant that for one week you would see the gray roots. Now I do my hair the second I see the gray. So no one really ever sees my gray roots. I would highly recommend this product. It has already saved me hundreds of dollars. It has also saved a lot of time. I was amazed at how well it just blended into my "professional" hair color. I am a person who goes to Amazon to read reviews before I buy anything. I hope this helps people. I actually want to tell anyone I see who has their roots showing to try this but that would be so rude. It would also put a lot of salon workers out of work because it really is so easy you will regret all the years you didn't use it.

L'Oreal is one of my go-to's for hair car! The coverage works well, it is easy to apply. Color match is spot on (I do go one shade lighter than my normal color). They don't test on animals so plus, plus!

Works perfectly for in between touch ups. Blended perfectly with my original hair color. It was quick and easy to apply.

Best most consistent results of any hair coloring touch up I've ever used. Even if I end up using less time before rinsing it out or more time before rinsing it out than is suggested in the brochure, I still get the same look as on the box. So it's very error tolerant, and it doesn't dry your hair out excessively Afterwards, but I do recommend using a heavier hair moisturizer right after you use this product. The color is semi permanent which means for me it looks 100% color for about 2 weeks, then gradually fades to about 50% color over the next 6 weeks. I use it only for a few "low lites" in hair, about 8 strands of hair at a time, a few places along crown and hairline. Very good product at excellent price! I usually get about 4 uses out of each box. Because the ratio I believe is fifty-fifty where you add half of each of the 2 products contained in the box. Mix them together thoroughly before you apply it to your hair. And if you divide the containers up equally into four separate uses, the box will last a lot longer. Although it's so inexpensive, if you're hesitant to do that, even one box is a very economical price because you're doing your own hair color.

Not really for root coverage, just grey hairs. I’m naturally pretty blonde and this didn’t do anything for me, so definitely take note of the “grey coverage” aspect. It won’t lighten your natural hair if you don’t have grey hairs, but I can’t speak to the grey effect. For reference, this is my natural hair

I've been using this product for maybe a couple of decades now, and for me, it's the best and simplest product I've found to blend my roots with the rest of my hair. 15 minutes total is all it takes, and you can easily do it yourself. I don't find the included brush to be at all helpful. I recommend just using the spout, starting with all the hair around your face, then running it along the rest of your hair, using your gloved fingers each time to rub throughout your scalp thoroughly until it spreads to all your roots (this is important; don't miss any spots). There's no need to rush the application. Once you're finished, pin your hair up simply and wait 10-12 minutes. Rinse THOROUGHLY with any shampoo. You will certainly like the results if you've selected the right color. I use light golden brown. (There used to be a color called "lightest golden brown," but for some reason I can't find that anymore.) I also recommend investing in a black towel to wear around your shoulders while coloring, and then using it to dry your washed hair afterwards.

This is my go to root touch up. So easy to do and comes with everything you need. It’s the perfect option when you can’t go to the salon.
