The Best Mouse Cookie (If You Give...)

This is a great addition to the Mouse story books. It's so cute. The drawings are great, the story easy to follow along with, and the quality of the book itself is great. Well written and illustrated. I can't tell you how many times the toddlers in my family have requested to read it again. I'd recommend this book to others.

This book is so fun and has become a big hit on my home. Even more so than “If You Give a Mouse a Cookie.” My sons think this book is so silly and have requested it repeatedly. The illustrations also lend to good conversations and vocabulary teaching opportunities. I have really enjoyed reading this book to my boys.

I first saw this little board book on the bookshelf in the nursery at church. I loved the illustrations and the story is so relatable! Who has never burned a pan of cookies? And you can never have enough cookies! I really like the books by Laura Numeroff and Felicia Bond. I have started a little collection of their books so I was so happy to find this one. The best cookie is the one you share with a friend is a sweet lesson to teach a little one or even a big kid.

Such a classic children's book! This brings back so many memories!

Kids love it

My son has all the books by Laura Numeroff and they are great to read at bedtime! I bought this book thinking it would be a great addition to the collection but it is not the same size as the others. It is still a great book, I'm not saying its not but when his books are all along his shelf, that short one just calls attention to me. I wish it were the same size, but as I said it is still a great book!

My 18-month old loves books, and this "If You Give..." series in board books is great! Just enough text and picture to keep her engaged. I like that the ending stresses the importance of sharing, and that Mouse doesn't give up when his first batch burns. The illustrations are sweet, one of them seems to be almost the same as the one in "It's Time For School, Mouse!". Overall, I think we'll be getting more of this series in board book format. At least until she's ready for the "real" books. Highly recommended by my toddler for other toddler's reading times!

As the other reviews say, it's NOT a story along the lines of the Give a Blank a Blank series, just has the same characters. My toddler loves "Mah-Mouse", and loves pointing him out in this book. Also highly recommended (we've read it every day since Halloween) is Happy Pumpkin Day, Mouse! since it teaches feelings (happy pumpkin, sad pumpkin, etc.) and a bit of counting. Overall we love both of these books and read them every night with much involvement!

Al leer de tapa blanda di por hecho que era así, pero no! Es de tapa dura acolchada y tiene las hojas de dentro de cartón, todavia mejor! 😍 Realmente ese era el modelo que quería pero no aparecía disponible así que súper contenta

Es de buena calidad, resistente y de buen tamaño. Mi hijo de 3 años no para de verlo y pedir que se lo leamos. Recomiendo tambien como regalo!
