I purchased as backorder and had to wait several weeks, but it finally arrived and used it the other day and was really impressed with the quality of the tool. It is well balanced and has adequate power. It is also pretty quiet even compared to my corded polisher. I would recommend this as a good polisher with no worries of scratching your car with the cord. Update for November 2022… I replaced the grease with a white lithium grease and the tool is probably 1/2 as noisy as the original! I was noticing there was quite a bit of noise and gear grinding after last using it, so I removed the cheap factory grease. I had an open tube of white lithium and a sealed synthetic grease, but decided to use the white lithium. It was relatively easy as it has 4 small screws to remove the counterweight and an additional 4 small screws to remove the housing which allowed me to remove the planetary great assembly. It would have been much easier, but one of the screw heads stripped and I had to grind a slot to use a flat head screw driver. Don’t hesitate to replace the grease as it will make this wonderful tool last much longer.

Have not had an opportunity to use mine yet, but like others have mentioned, I took mine apart and replaced the factory gear grease with a high quality grease. I put it back together, and turned it on, with no excessive noise like some reported. Seems to be of good quality, and I think it should last this amateur a long time. Like the bag, apron, and all the pads that came with it. Can’t wait to try it!!

The pads and polisher worked better than expected. I couldn’t make the three step correction with only one full charge over the two batteries, won’t be bad getting another one or a fast charger. I was expecting less out of it, I was amazed about the finish and power of the polisher. Could be ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ with a fast charger.

Perfect for this price range polisher! It has two batteries and is compatible with Makita batteries, hence why I bought it in the first place. Speed control knob is good and the weight is balance for myself so no complaints there. Makita batteries work on it but the SPTA batteries does not on Makita tools but that’s no big issue!

Great tool for the money I use this all the time for detailing everyone's car. Definitely recommend it the only downside is charging time

I love this polisher! 1st it comes with 2 batteries that last over 30 minutes at high RPMs. And is compatible with Makita batteries so I bought a 2 pack from Home Depot 18v 5ah and does everything I need it to do. Though I am no professional it does what I need it to do and does not get hot with extended use. I will buy this product again and intend on purchasing their mini polisher as well love it.

For a cheap battery powered polisher it's not bad. It's slightly underpowered but the battery quality is very poor. The contacts that clip the battery to the polisher wear out in just a couple months. They also overheat and melted the shell of the battery. I contacted the company to get a replacement battery and they sent me a battery shell with a circuit board that needs to be soldered to the old battery. Soldering is a technical skill that I never learned, nor do I have a soldering iron. This is completely unhelpful.

I'm a professional automotive detailer, and this is definitely the very best cordless polisher for the money. It's quiet, little to no vibration, and light weight. The only thing I suggest anyone to do is take it apart and put better grease inside the unit.
