Men's Ironman Triathlon Classic 30 38mm Watch

Great watch! My son saw his friend have and was impressed so I got him one! This one doesn’t have a connection point from the band to the watch so it can’t break there which has been the issues with all his other watches. This is easy to setup and use! It worked so great that I got one for my other son! They both say the size and options are perfect! Highly recommend!

I’ve been using the Timex Men’s Ironman Triathlon Classic 30 (38mm) for a while now, and it’s easily one of the most dependable watches I’ve owned. The design is simple but functional — lightweight, comfortable, and perfect for workouts, outdoor activities, or just daily wear. The Indiglo backlight is super bright and makes it easy to read in the dark, and the buttons are responsive without feeling flimsy. The stopwatch and countdown timer features are straightforward and accurate, which I really appreciate for timing workouts. I also like that it’s water-resistant, so I never have to worry about it in the rain or while swimming. The 38mm size is just right — not too bulky, but still sporty and easy to read. The battery life is excellent, and the Timex durability definitely shows; this watch can take a beating and still look good. If you want something rugged, affordable, and practical, the Ironman Classic 30 is a solid choice. It’s a no-nonsense watch that does exactly what it’s supposed to — and does it well.

this replaces the Ironman I lost going through security in Istanbul. Works great. Cheap, reliable

I have been using these watches for many years with very good luck, and would normally give them 5 stars. They are comfortable, waterproof, durable, and have an alarm and a countdown timer. (The waterproof and countdown timer - that can be set to repeat - make them good for sailboat racing, and these are much cheaper than sailing watches. ) But at some point before the watch breaks, the battery will die. It is not hard to replace the battery. Except now the watch comes with triangle head screws holding the back on, rather than the regular phillips head screws they used to have. Why? Is it that important to keep people from opening up their watch? Making things harder to fix is a step in the wrong direction. Knocking off one star for that.

This is my 4th or 5th Timex watch. All of the previous ones lasted many years. I purchased this one because band on my previous one finally broke after many years of wearing it.

Will update if it has any issues… First impression is that the build quality is so nice. All of the materials feel like a nice curated match for eachother. So much attention to detal. Doesn’t feel cheap at all. The wrist strap is a comfy rubber-y plastic, and metal (I think). The controls are very easy to learn, I didn’t need instructions as each button is labeled in the digital screen, so you can work your way through it as is. I wanted this specifically for setting 30sec countdown timers for sprinting, it does that great. Can set any time from 1sec to 24hrs. Best part - It feels like a tank!

The Durability: I’ve been using this watch daily for over a year under pretty rough conditions, and it is the only one that has held up. While the body has some honest scuffs from use, the strap shows no signs of cracking or breaking, which is usually where these watches fail for me. It’s a beast for the price. ​Functionality: ​Tested Waterproofing: I’ve tested the water resistance several times now and haven't had a single issue with fogging or leaks. ​Essential Tools: The timer and stopwatch are incredibly useful for daily tasks, and the time itself has stayed 100% accurate without needing adjustments. ​The Backlight: The light is perfect—not too blinding, but bright enough to check the time in total darkness instantly. ​Design & Comfort: The sizing is spot on. It has a large, easy-to-read display, but it’s designed in a way that doesn't limit my range of motion. I never feel it digging into my wrist when I'm working with my hands. ​Final Verdict: 5 Stars. If you’re tired of "disposable" watches that break within six months, get this one. It’s durable, reliable, and comfortable enough to forget you’re wearing it until you need it.

I’m pleased with the purchase. A lot of watches these days feel unnecessarily large, but this one is the perfect size for me. I go body‑surfing and snorkelling often, and I lost my last watch because its velcro strap came undone. Since this strap isn’t velcro, I’m hoping I won’t have the same issue. If any problems come up, I’ll update the review.

Highly recommended. All functions work as described. Particularly useful to have day and month displayed. Lots of functions but each one can be disabled if required and then re-enabled. This is the smaller model for a smaller wrist. By far the best digital watch I have had.

Arrived earlier then expected and in good condition. Worth buying it. Likes a lot

以前に10年程度使ってた同機種のバンドが切れてしまい改めての購入です。マラソンのジョギング練習で活用してます。周回を計るタイマー機能がとても便利です。
