Don't think just buy this
First of all you could never make this at home. Second of all I use it in everything. Throw it into rice, add it to your ramen, out of veggies for a soup-no problem throw a handful in. Taste is vibrant, pieces are colorful. Shelf stable and easy to transport. Will be taking on a road trip to supplement for fresh veggies. The price sounds high but there is A LOT of veggies here and you really don't need a lot as they will re-hydrate and expand.

Insects and webbing are in the container
Bought this October 4 2025. I used it once and closed it right away. Itโs been closed and in the cupboard since. I was going to use it today for some soup, and as I opened it two bugs flew out of the container. After I closed it I inspected it and there are more bugs inside of it. It looks like some webbing of sorts and some flying insects. I lost my appetite after this. NASTY
