What a great pasta pot! I especially love the draining lid that makes life very simple. The lid fits snug on the pot and gave me no trouble when draining the pasta. The pot heats up quickly and evenly and the no stick surface is perfect. I do season the pot before using it every time but that just how I cook!Great dark black color and it’s definitely sturdy!Functionally, I use it for other cooking besides pasta and it’s my go to pot now!

I owned this pot about 20 years ago when they were sold on QVC. It lasted me all those years that the pot outlasted the teflon on it. I was on the search for another one exactly like it and was so surprised to find it on Amazon! So surprised that my two daughters who were babies the first time I bought it were now adults that I bought three. One for me and one for each daughter. They were so excited to get one each. We use them to cook taco meat, soups, stews, boil pasta, potatoes, Easter eggs, etc. makes draining cooked meat super easy too. And the clean up is easy. The lid doesn’t “lock” but tightens as you close it up. It’s not meant to be forced to “lock”. And how wonderful to not have to dig out a strainer to drain the foods in! Just remember to use a wooden, silicone or plastic utensil in it and it will last you many many years!!

I had gotten a full Bialetti set 20 years ago, and have just started replacing them, piece by piece, after daily use for that long, and growing from a family of 2 to 6! This was a new addition and I love the features of durability, cooking capacity to hold multiple bags/boxes of a variety of pasta, the color (black) goes with everything and the functionality/flexibility of the pot's shape and drain-lock top are 💯 wins for this pot!

Too damn expansive but the best pasta pot on the market. We've bought at least a half dozen at various locations as several people with stomach issues so lots of pasta and potatoes. Good for 4 or 6 people no problem. Love it ... except the price. But buy again and again.

I absolutely LOVE having the lid attachment to strain pasta. It’s pretty easy to attach to the pot and saves me from having to get a colander in the sink. One less dish to clean is top priority. The pot itself is a great size like an oblong shape and cooks well so far, food wasn’t sticking. Handles are easy to grab and sturdy. I like the color as well. Definitely a need!

This is fast turning to my favorite pot! It’s nice looking well made and makes cooking pasta so much more convenient. I am definitely glad I bought

This is my second pot and I think they are great. The only downside is that the non stick coat scratches and chips early if you use anything but soft plastic.
