I was taking a different brand of chaste tree berry pills for about 6 months and didn’t notice a difference in my extreme moods and PMS. I immediately ordered this one, and after taking this one for about 4-6 weeks, both my husband and I noticed a great improvement in my moods. He did not know that I was trying a new brand. I've been taking this for about a month and already I've noticed a difference. After having four babies in five years and weaning my one year old from breastfeeding, my hormones were really crazy. I had very heavy bleeding with my periods and they lasted at least a week. My cycles were also consistently getting shorter and shorter. Add in mood swings, headaches and acne and I was a mess. So far it’s a good quality product. No fillers listed to be in the product. Vegetarian/ Vegetable capsules. I have to keep taking to see effectiveness so I may update this at a later time.

It is making my boobies bigger and i haven't had my period in two months due to PCOS but after taking these for a month I am spotting so I guess thats a good sign And i am also ovulating. Will post again when i reach three months. UPDATE: While taking these I did have a menstrual. So that was a good sign although it was mild in pain and very heavy. Also, i am noticing i am ovulating. So i will buy again!

I know this works for some, but unfortunately I had to stop taking them. After a week (taken twice a day, one with breakfast and one with lunch) I got these sort of woozy-headaches, and it took another solid week of being off them to go back to normal. I would wake up with a serious headache every day, and medicine only helped for a little while before they came back. I had read up online before I started taking chase tree that headaches are one of the possible side effects, so just be aware of any symptoms that you're experiencing as you try a new supplement. I was taking these in the hopes that they would help with my hormonal acne.

This is amazing!! I have bad period cramps and after only my first cycle I saw a difference and my cramps were less. Also, my hormonal acne has lessened as well. I’m hoping this continues to increase progesterone and balance my hormones so that it leads to pregnancy. So far amazing and quality products
