Smooth, Full-Bodied Coffee Every Time โ A Simple Tool That Delivers Barista Results
The Fino Pour-Over Filter Cone has completely changed my morning routine. Itโs lightweight, easy to use, and consistently brews rich, flavorful coffee without bitterness. The design fits perfectly over my carafe or mug, and it holds standard #4 filters without slipping or collapsing. Cleanup is a breeze, and I love how compact and durable it is. If you're into pour-over coffee but donโt want to deal with complicated gear or glass drippers, this is an excellent, affordable solution. Pros: * Brews smooth, flavorful coffee * Fits standard #4 filters securely * Lightweight, compact, and travel-friendly * Easy to clean * Durable plastic feels sturdy but not bulky Cons: * Doesnโt retain heat like ceramic or metal * No grip or handle, so it can get hot during brewing

Well made and useful.
While this is big, I like the fact that it sits securely down in my travel mug. Water poured over the grounds drips through in enough time to steep and drip, and it's easy to clean.

NO MORE LITTLE SISSY CUPS FOR ME !!!
I've been using the Melitta single coffee maker for years and for the life of me can't understand why. Let me explain. I have been a widower now for just about ten years and never have found anyone's company as interesting as my wife. Thus I live by myself and without any family close by I'm the only one who drinks coffee. I do enjoy a fresh cup in the morning but brewing a third of a pot wasteful and too time consuming. That's where the Melitta single maker comes into play. A good idea and does work well for one of those dainty little cups. I'm the type of person whose not satisfied unless the cup holds at least 16 or more ounces. That's the big problem with the Melitta. If you pour more than 6 ounces of water into that unit the water has a tendency to overflow causing water and wet coffee grounds to cover the counter as well as the coffee cup. On top of that problem if you do want a larger cup of coffee it takes up to three or more refills into the reservoir. Problems with that is the water takes forever to drain through the tiny hole and the coffee grounds creep up the filter sides and have to be pushed back down. All in all not a good cup of coffee. I was actually looking for Melitta filters when I came across this large single coffee maker. I read the reviews and for the price I gave it a shot and I'm glad I did. First! The item takes at least one extra day for delivery even though it's a Prime item. Secondly the box it's delivered in is three times the size of the coffee maker. Now those are the only drawbacks I can find. The rest is pure happiness. PROS ! The cup is a great size. The material seems more than adequate It take standard # 4 filters The base is lipped and quite large There is a center post to avoid shifting off any size cup, travel mug or your favorite container There are two drain holes for faster brewing It holds more than 8 ounces at a time The coffee grounds don't climb up the filter And best of all the water seems to say hot during the brewing process CONS ! Haven't found any yet Just remember to use standard coffee making procedures for a great cup. No boiling water, two heaping tablespoons of coffee for each 8 ounces of water and always always listen for the last drops of water before lifting the brewing maker or prepare for a mess. I use a large travel mug so the coffee stays hot. I also use DD coffee, light cream and raw sugar packets. I'll continue to use the two Melitta single serve makers for company but never for myself again.

Perfect for coffee at work
I purchased two of these, one each for work and my grandfather's house. It works and makes a pretty good cup of coffee. Only thing I'd change would be to make it with only one drip hole instead of the two. With two drip holes, the water runs through rather quickly. One hole would let the coffee steep just a bit longer for a fuller flavor. To counter this, I simply pour water slowly and always get the grounds around the sides so the sides are always clean .. which means the grounds are all at the bottom of the filter. Takes just a bit more effort .. but these were so inexpensive, it was worth it.

Happy with my purchase
I got the black filter, and it came in tact, no problems. I'm picky about my coffee and wanted to try the pour-over method, as it is an ancient Japanese way of brewing and enjoyed them at a major coffee house, where it's kind of pricey. I also have a pod-type generic brewer that has a gold filter/pod. Although I get a good tasting cup of coffee from that, this pour-over filter is much better. The taste is more robust and flavorful. I bought #4 filters bc that was the only size Walmart had, and it works fine (that was a question I had when buying the #1 size). I was able to buy 100 filters for $1.97 (Walmart brand) and must say the filters are quality, as they are thick. Because of this, the water eventually moves very slow through the 4 holes which is good bc it picks up more flavor. At first I thought it was the holes, but realized it's the thick paper. I let it bloom or steep for a few seconds. Eventually, I had to pick up the filter and just hold it over my cup. I gently squeezed it like a tea bag. Because it's a paper filter, of course it will rip if man-handled, but this gets all the flavor out (I never had it rip in my cup, but noticed once it was starting to tear a bit when I squeezed hard, before I threw it away). This really doesn't take long, just takes long to explain here. I love the flavor of the coffee I get, so it's worth the five or so minutes it takes. I use about 6-8 oz of hot water and 1 TBSP coffee (I get a high quality bean where half is all you need). I also do quickly rinse the paper filter with cold filtered water before use to cleanse any impurities. I know I am saving money than if I went to the coffee house daily to buy a pour-over cup of coffee at some $2.50 a cup!

Great pour coffee maker
These are nicely built. One of my sons moved and he doesn't drink coffee. So, I had to order something easy to make me coffee while visiting him. This is perfect. I have an older version and these are so easily to clean and buying 2 was great deal.

Too small
Too small. Not big enough to fill a coffee cup.

Nice for 16oz cups of coffee
Most pour-over brewers only hold 8oz. This makes 16oz!!!!! Love it! The water sits in the grounds longer to make a flavorful cup.

Works perfect for my old Bonavita
I have an old Bonavita coffee maker. It came with a taupe coloured Melita filter basket that broke after years of service. This basket was the only one I could find that fit my coffee maker. Love it!

Easy coffee making.
Started using a cone again on holiday this year and was reminded that you don't need a fancy machine to get a decent cup of ground coffee. All you need is a cone, some decent ground coffee and some filter papers. It's convenient and easy to clean. I still use my espresso machine but for every day use this does an excellent job. For people who haven't used one before, for best results damp the grounds in the cone with off the boil water and leave for 40 seconds before adding more water.

A perfectly fine filter cone
A perfectly fine filter cone, works just fine! Wish they were available in the regular store though, it's nuisance to have to order such a normal ordinary little thing as a coffee filter cone. However with all the new methods out to make coffee, this simple and delicious way is just out of style I guess except where there isn't electricity or perhaps camping. But glad I got it!
