Wrong Item Delivered Three Times
The first time I ordered, the one came as pictured and titled in the listing. I liked it so reordered with the Buy It Again link. I didn’t receive it. Instead, it was a super small book with markers in a carrying case. Long story short, it happened two more times. Once again tried to handle it on my own and when it recurred I called customer service. Everyone makes mistakes once in a while. THREE wrong deliveries even after contacting customer service is completely unacceptable.

Cute little activity book to add to a present. It's underwhelming but if it's added to a bag of troll stuff for a birthday, it's as advertised

The product was for a great niece birthday. She is into Trolis at the present time. They are making a comeback from years ago! Glad you had some.
