Tarnished in one month, returned, then they charged me a $12 restocking fee!
I purchased this bracelet and within one month it was already starting to tarnish. I proceeded to return it. I had paid $60 for the item plus tax. I just checked my refund status and they did not give me the full amount back, they charged me a $12 restocking fee. I should not have to pay for their restocking fee on a poor quality item that doesn’t last more than a month. For $60, this should last considerably longer than the time I had it. I’m disappointed that Kendra Scott is operating this way via Amazon and that Amazon will allow a customer to pay a restocking fee on their own faulty product.

This bracelet is cute and easy to take off and on. My only complaint is the description says it’s “gold” and it’s not the typical shiny gold, it’s a brushed matt gold. It does not look good with my other gold bracelets.
