You can't really use this as a bidet. They need to include a long wand for it to really work as a bidet. It will work if your out camping or as a detachable shower. But for the most part I found it to be basically useless.

This thing is very useful in our home. The thing I worried is the pump if you sell the back up here? Or should I buy the whole set? The annoying thing is the battery is off when we really need to use it.

When I turn it on it doesn't pump. You can hear it, but no water is pumped. I try moving the pumps position, turning off and on etc. and then eventually it will start working. I can't imagine that it's designed to work so sporadically. When it pumps the pressure is good and it works very well, but either I have a defective pump or it's far to picky to bother with each time you want to use it. If anyone knows a trick to make it pump reliably please let me know and I will be happy to edit my review and rating. But at this point it's pretty useless if it takes me 10 minutes to get it to work. Very disappointing.

I have tried other portable sprayers before and this is the best one hands down. And their customer service is fast friendly and efficient

This was amazing! Unfortunately after 5 uses it no longer pumps water out of the nozzle. I used it to wash my puppy and clean my patio. Wish it still worked. I gave it 5 stars at first but need to pump it down now.

Maybe I need a power-washer but this thing is just not strong enough. Not enough water pressure. Squeezing a plastic water bottle is stronger.

Don't have to worry about having someone to install regular bidet! Little patience and you will enjoy it I have a little waste basket I keep water in it .It is portable .rinse off other things.
