Official Seal Embosser - Custom Notary Embosser, Book & Library Stamp, 1 5/8

I am exceedingly pleased with this purchase! The craftsmanship is beautiful. The embossed imprint is clear. The embosser is lightweight and easy to use. It does not require much hand pressure to make an imprint. The company had my seal ready to ship within the same day as ordering. I selected the #4 version. From edge to edge, the imprint is 1.5 inches in diameter. The inner circle measures 7/8 of an inch in diameter. Please consider that when uploading an image for the center seal. Think "thumbnail icon" size. When shrunken to that size (and factoring in the concept of art via raised paper), the center image is going to lose fine-point details in the process. The image I chose was more of an outline with a few details but not many. It came out perfectly fine and clear. I agree with other reviewers: The online design tool was a bit awkward on the center upload step, but it was still workable. When unboxing the seal, it did take me a moment to realize that the die cast was packaged within the base itself. For a truly elegant touch, I would highly recommend this product.

Very well made, came in a nice box and with a paper included showing that it was tested to match the order before being sent out. It is a metal plate with heavy plastic parts (it feels solid, not at all dinky) and makes very crisp, clear seals in book pages. I bought it as a Christmas present for my PhD wife (both of us love books though) so she could mark all of her books in our library. She absolutely loved it. This is not a common gift, I think, and I was glad I both had the idea and got it from here. I did communicate with the seller before buying, to verify what the seal would look like, and they were very helpful. They did put together a mockup seal and send it to me first to verify. What I got was exactly the same. Definitely great service! If I could give 6 stars, I would.

The embossed/stamper is compact with a handy carrying pouch. Makes a crisp, distinct impression on foil emblem. Choose good quality foil stickers and result will be excellent. Had a couple emboss perforations through causing foil to come apart. Highly recommend this embossing device.

Purchased from them in the past, therefore the reorder, today the custom lettering will emboss weak regardless of the pressure you elect to supply, yet the only thing crisp is there default OFFICAL SEAL text lettering off the seal just like the foil sticker label sample provided.

I love this embosser. It has been just what I needed for my homeschool transcripts. It was easy to assemble and it has a handy arrow letting you know it is centered. Also, I loved that it asked which orientation you need (whether you would be embossing the bottom of the certificate or the top). Thank you for a great product! It matches up with the seals I purchased perfectly. They are 2 inch seals.

This is a great gift for the bookworm in your family. A totally custom embossing stamp (not just custom text) is awesome and the way to go. Spend a few minutes in Canva and there are some starting point designs to start with if you want. It looks like the plates are 3D printed - back in the day they were acid-etched, so this is a much better approach. Hopefully the material they used can put up with the wear-and-tear of daily use. I bought 2 of these - one for my son and one for my daughter-in-law. I've tested both and they stamp great! I would suggest however that you keep the font size and big as possible, as one of the "M" letters is a bit hard to read. But overall, I'm very pleased with the way it turned out. It doesn't come with instructions to assemble, but once I took a minute to look I figured it out quickly. Note that the stamp round is under the handle - I had no idea and initially thought that they had forgotten to put it in the box. Just pull it our of the handle, and slide it into the front of the device until it "snaps" in. Then find a test-piece of paper to make sure you don't have it in upside down. Press hard and firm to make sure the embossing goes deep and you'll be happier with the results. Highly recommended, especially for a gift. The only reason it didn't get a full 5 stars is because I think the price is a bit too high, but it is totally custom so you decide for yourself. Shipping was also super fast, so consider this a 4.5 star.
