Great Spikes!
I am a hardcore sprinter and these spikes are perfect! they are lightweight, but strong. They fit perfectly into my Nike track shoes (idk what model). I love that you can get colors too! I used so many of these and every time they worked wonderfully. My friends would always come up to me with flat spike and change their out because they liked mine better! Truly great value for money! Great buy! I will be repurchasing for next season!

Super Light and Perfect for Racing
I really like these track spikes. They are super light and make my track shoes feel faster and more responsive on the track. Each spike is really small and light, but they still grip the track really well when sprinting. I used them for sprint workouts and races, and they held up great. They screw in easily and stay tight during runs, which is important during hard workouts. The pack also comes with a lot of spikes, so you have plenty of extras. If you run track or cross country and need lightweight spikes that grip well, these are a great option. I would definitely buy them again.
