Great quality and value! The tea made from these hibiscus petals is very flavorful (tart!) and has amazing color and scent. Would highly recommend, although know that these aren't whole flowers per se, but whole petals from the flowers. You will probably need to crunch them up a bit with a mortar & pestle to make tea, although I have not tried just throwing some petals straight into the hot water. That may work too, but I imagine it's better to crunch first for more surface area and to release the goodness from within the petals.

These hibiscus flowers were beautiful. Fragrant. Packaged extremely well. No filler no garbage. Meaning no leaves stems or sticks. Just actual dried hibiscus flowers. They were very very inexpensive. And they make the best hibiscus tea I've ever had. Also they were dried so thoroughly and so well, I'm thinking about putting them in a spice grinder and turning them into powder. I highly recommend this product

I make ice tea during the summer. It is a very pretty color, the taste is pleasant and refreshing. It also has medicinal properties, and no caffeine.

This was my first time ordering Hibiscus. The shipment came quickly, and they give ALOT of petals. I was shocked by how big the bag was. And knowing how little I need to use in my Henna and tea, this will last me a LONG time. Its definitely worth the money. You can also just smell how fresh the petals are. Its a little too strong for me, but I'll get used to it, and the smell will wane the longer I have it. When I added the petals to my Henna, they gave my hair a nice red tinge and more shine. My hair is black, so I cant see the color unless in bright light, but nevertheless it has made my hair color richer and more vibrant. Overall, I'll definitely order from Star West again. Now, if only they would start selling Marshmallow Root...

The quality is high and it makes great Jamaica tea, but I searched specifically for whole flower and while this is not cut and sifted, it in no way resembles the image of whole product. I've been using daily and have yet to pull a whole flower calix out of the bag. The pieces are pretty small. Disappointing as I had a special purpose and need for whole. However the quality is high, so giving it 4 stars.
