Great Budget laptop!
I got the I-5 processor model with 8 gig ram. Windows10. This is a really nice and sleek little 13.5 inch laptop. Very impressed with its speed and smooth operation. Not too much bloat installed...removed Norton, and shut of Edge. Installed chrome browser and wham! fast little portable. Is it a powerhouse gaming machine? NO. But for light games and streaming and just computer work..its fantastic.

The keyboard stoped function one day before free return date. The laptop worked very well, except keyboard.

Okay, starting out
This laptop started out well, but after 4 months, its die, no power, no wake up, can't hard reset the hardware as well. Unfortunately, this happened when I was traveling in asia and it die on me... so I couldn't use the warranty on this laptop. Best not purchases this laptop, not very reliable. This was my 2nd attempt at using Acer brand, but it failed so I would stay away.. If I were you... I am an expert in laptop and pc computer for many years...

no touchscreen
idkw its asking me to rate the touch screen because they aint not touch screen here. I mean I can touch the screen but i cant also touch my face but that doesnt make it touch sc.reen.besides the point the laptop is like a well made sandwich its good but can do better

Acer Swift - Will not power on!
Acer Swift has impressive specs on paper, but the laptop suffers from a fatal flaw in that the power system eventually stops working, and it is impossible to power on the computer without complex workarounds. I have owned many laptops and never seen this issue, so it is something flawed with the design Acer uses. Avoid the Acer SWIFT.

Stoped working after 3 months of light use
Laptop is decent and worked as advertised. Used by elderly person for zoom meetings and text processing mostly. However, Keyboard and touchscreen simply stopped working after 3 months of use.

No overseas warranty. Never Acer again
Bought it February, took it along to South America. A couple of months there after I got dashes and stripes of all sorts on the display. Contacted Acer sth America and they said they do not honor warranty with an Amazon invoice !! which I submitted. I have had many other PCs and never faced such an unacceptable response from a mayor manufacturer. Amazon should claim Acer for such a deception , Amazon now offers a refund but will charge like they say $ 175 for having had the laptop since February !! this plus shipping from South America!! and I am a PRIME customer!!! unacceptable either.

firmware is broken
The bios is broken so it is impossible to run linux on this machine.

todo lo que dice en la descripción es correcto, la lap para trabajo esta perfecta, trabaja bien, es rápida, al principio tiene el tema de todas las actualizaciones pero una vez que pasas eso esta super bien
