I like it. Does what I want
So I read the negative reviews saying it was runny and it is. Maybe if I was putting in on icecream that would be a concern, maybe. I love chocolate and particularly chocolate milk, but I am on a restricted carbohydrate diet. It makes great chocolate milk! It's almost too sweet and chocolaty. I will have to learn to put less in. Here are my critiques and I am happy to live with all of them to have this product. 1) It is not as dark in milk as Hershey's syrup. That means I have to put less in to have the desired flavor and the color will be lighter. 2) It has a little artificial sweetner after taste, but I expect that. 3) look at the picture. It doesn't mix perfectly though pretty good. In fairness, my gripe with Hersey's is you can never get it all to mix off the bottom of the glass. This is way better than that. In fact I think the runny Consistency helps it devolve better. Next time I'll buy it in volume. Reviews are right, it doesn't taste as good as sugared syrups. It also isn't killing me with diabetes. Take your pick.

Taste good. I'm still suspicious about the ingredients.
I just ordered my first Pyure products. I tried both Sugar Free Maple Syrup and Chocolate. The maple syrup I tried on a keto waffle and the chocolate was mixing into some heavy cream. The taste is great for a sugar free product. I’m still concerned about most of the “low carb sweeteners” in all sugar free products. The “Soluble Tapioca (or corn) Fiber” in products is a contentious point. Some say is like sugar. No sugar on the label or in the lab but your body responds as if it were.

Good job on the chocolate syrup.
I actually have never tried any other chocolate syrup with alternate sugar before, so this review isn’t a comparison. I like the Pyure sweetener in my coffee, so I thought to try their syrups. I am pretty picky and I think this one is darn good. I put it on Rebel Keto ice cream , and enjoyed it. I would say I enjoyed the ice cream more with it on so I wasn’t enjoying it just for sentimental reasons. I actually think it mixed well with the Rebel ice cream triple chocolate. It’s a bit thin, but who cares. I think these low carb deserts and condiments are tough to create, both for flavor and texture. There’s nothing like real table sugar or raw sugar, especially if you have had traditional sugar recently (like last week, in my case) and haven’t forgotten it’s fabulous taste yet... but they did a good job with this and I will repurchase it. I couldn’t figure if it was 4 stars or 5 on flavor, because I don’t even know what is possible in the alternate sugar universe. Honestly, it’s not quite real chocolate syrup flavor, but is that even possible?...So I gave it a 5. I’m glad and appreciative to have things that make a low carb life enjoyable.

It’s brown. Looks & tastes like other terrible “brown” stuff.
Somehow I thought the maple flavor stuff was the worst. It has a companion at the bar. Nefarious “brown color” & associated properties. I could not find enough different mouth rinses to get this “brown flavor “ out of my system. Hideous. Worse yet, so thin & runny it found, invaded, and permeated places in my oral cavity I didn’t know I had. STAY AWAY FROM THIS AT ALL COSTS. IT REALLY IS THAT LOUSY.

fair
The taste is okay— not great, and the after taste is sour. The consistency is runny, not thick.

Yummy
I like using this as a topping for food items that are just not sweet. Low carbs and low to no sugar items are always wanted on my diet. It is sweet and it runs fast!! Not a thicken syrup so, just keep that's in mind. It does come out fast once squeezed!! Almost too sweet for me but again I know this and adjust my amount accordingly to what I use it for. Works great on some of my keto cereals, unsweetened almond milk and makes my breakfast cereal chocolately!! Yum.

I tried 6 or so different low calorie zero calorie chocolate syrups
Most syrups are probably around 100 calories per cup so this won the calorie comp. I tried tons of zero calorie syrups and none were great. Davincis was the best no calorie but still had that horrible fake sugar taste. Metallic like. Also tried Walden’s, the main one that begins with a t (toroni?), Walmart brand. Etc.

Barely edible
I used this as a replacement product for my NuNaturals chocolate syrup when the other was out of stock during my subscribe and save window. Everything about it is just sub-par in comparison. I rate the Hershey sugar free chocolate syrup a 1 star. This got a 2 because it had better sweeteners. That's it. It's runny as heck, and it doesn't mix well with my coffee. Leaves these little floating white specs at the top. Tastes like generic vegetable oil with a hint of chocolate. Just not good at all.
