Are these test from the uk

They are from China. I can tell you they work. Recorded a positive reading referred by GP for an hospital test which also showed positive. Served the purpose.

Hi it does say in the description of the test that it looks for occult blood , so from that I would assume that it’s the FOB test not the newer FIT one . Perhaps someone else can give you more info .

Are theses test Accurate

How accurate is the test? A clinical evaluation was conducted comparing the results obtained using the FOB Rapid Test to another commercially available FOB test. The consumer clinical trial included 464 faeces specimens; both assays correctly identified 63 positive and 397 negative results. The results demonstrated 99.1% overall accuracy of the FOB Rapid Test when compared to the other FOB rapid test.

I did my first test yesterday which showed a (faint) positive and a second one today, 24 hrs later, which showed negative. What would account for such

I'm not sure on its reliability to be honest. I had the same result when I did mine so I panicked and informed the doctor immediately, who conducted their own stool tests etc and they came back negative so I didn't know what to make of the result.
