only takes up one spot
these are great. 500mA aint much, but I bought a few of these and they only take up one spot which allowed me to power my whole pedal board with a single power strip under the board and i still have so much to spare and didnt really have to daisy chain much. Also some hiss noise from a distortion totally disappeared.

The doctor came with the zoom A4 acoustic effects. Fired right up, can't wait to hear it this Friday with a saxophone going through it.

Just a power adapter.
It does what it's supposed to do. Nothing special here. Cord does have a nice length. You should not have to worry about that if that has been an issue for you.

Perfect for my B1 four multi fx
I got it to power my Zoom B1X four at first but since bought an MXR brick to power my pedalboard. However, I use it now for my B1 four at school: plugged straight into the AC convenience outlet on my old Traynor YGL-3 combo.
