This thing is great. Its not metal so its easy to store and transport, and it works great. It comes with bags to make sandbags out of but we just slide weights from our barbells into it; much easier. The sliding surface is super tough so it can be used on grass or turf. My daughter is already showing improvement in her explosiveness and acceleration.

Received it on time. After using for 3 weeks the item is durable as expected. The 4 empty thick plastic bags hold around 10lbs of sand each and are easy to fill. The sand stays securely in the bags with velcro. My 11 year old son loves training with these because it's not just running. He loves to do 6 or 8 sprints with 20lbs then remove the belt and bags and trun sprints again because he feels faster. I timed him with and without the bags and will revisit that test in a month to see if his 40 yard dash time increases. We also implement other exercises and movements into his training but this is a big part of his speed training and I cant wait to time him again to see if it's paying off. I can already tell that the 20lbs is getting easier for him to pull while he's running... We'll soon be adding another 10lb bag for more resistance. The 20lbs slows his 40 yard dash time down by a little more then a full second.

Got this to teach strength and stamina to my kid and his friends. This was prefect for inside and the grass as I didn't want the typical sled tearing up the yard.

high quality materials. came with several small bags which can be filled with sand for your choice of weight. I used 2 40-poubd bags of play sand - works well for me.

I am extremely satisfied. Wanted to get SKLZ one but ended up with this product with half a price so I wanted to give it a try. I know how sklz feels and this is very similar. The only problem that I see that can maybe occur during time is stripes where metal hoops are or metal parts in general. I think stripes should be wider and metal parts a bit thicker. Even though my workout is usually with not more than 20lb I’ve tested it with over 40lb and it holds pretty well. This is a 5 star product. At least for now. I’ll update in a month.

I am a personal trainer and try to be creative when designing workouts so I thought this would give my clients variety and it did. I had my clients use it in the grass since its not supposed to be used on concrete. The only thing I didn't like about it was training in the morning when the grass was wet but I'm sure others aren't bothered by this. It's a good product and offers an excellent workout. We have to be creative in the times we presently live in!

The belt doesn’t even last for 3 months. The quality of the product isn’t the best.

Cons-Used once and a strap on the belt broke. There were no instructions or recommendations. Pros- Price and sandbag construction.
