Is this product effective in killing bacteria & viruses?

what is the strength of the hydrogen peroxide?

It says 3% food grade hydrogen peroxide. I don't understand "food grade". I used it on wounds on toes it worked well. I bought it because it had silver in it which is great for healing wounds. We are diabetics and silver heals great for us. We also use silver ointment. Plus the lavendar makes this peroxide smell nice too. I will buy it again.

Is this good to clean fruit and veggies?

You absolutely could! Although the lavender essential oil residue would be left on the produce. It isn't harmful but the taste will be there. A couple new varieties of SilverAll are soon to be released, one of which is an essential oil free version that would be perfect for produce, nebulizers and diffusers and humidifiers.
