Review: A good start for all aspiring art teachers - For people who intend to get into teaching art to kids I'd say this could be a good enough material to start of with and through time as you strat teaching art you will be able to add your own touch based on what you have learnt through this book, therefore I'd say it wouldn't be a waste of money at all... you could blindly go for it. With regards to who to buy it from, Look up for INFINITI BOOKS as a seller from desertcart, get in touch with Neha Madam, She'd be able to help you with all your business queries with regards to the book , I had recently ordered for this book through them and it was securely packed and was delivered in excellent condition, I had purchased a few more books from this seller already even in the past and I highly recommend the seller. Neha Madam from Infiniti books was very helpful and courteous, Thank you so much for your amazing customer service, I look forward to doing more business with you. Overall, I had an excellent experience, Cheers. Review: Great book for teaching the" Grammar" of Art - I am using this book as a tool for teaching kids the building blocks, or"grammar" of Art. The elements of Art are taught chapter by chapter, and are easily grasped when doing the projects, all which are well explained and fairly simple. There are several projects to help teach each element of Art, and the required supplies are inexpensive and easy to obtain. While the kids need to follow the specific requirements of each project, there is plenty of room for creativity. This book does not teach the technical skills of drawing or painting. It is designed to teach the building blocks of art. It will help a child think more about how artists use these elements to draw the eye in to a work of art, and will help them as they create their own pieces. A very good book!

A must have, if you teach art!
If you teach your own art, this is the ONLY book you need! Its excellent. I took the concepts from the book and made a couple projects out of it and the kids absolutely LOVE IT. If you have zero artistic background, this book will have you teaching it like a pro. I HIGHLY recommend this book. I borrowed a copy from a 30 year veteran of teaching and after using it for a week, I bought my own copy. I moved to a new school and people think I'm an art expert! Do yourself a favour and get this book if you're teaching your own art!
