Can you use this for a nitrogen tank? Is there a line to indicate the nitrogen flow rates?

There is no reading on the tube for nitrogen. Only Argon, Helium, C02 and Argon/Co2 mix. We do not have a regulator flow meter combination with a nitrogen reading.

Would this work well for CO2/argon for Mig welding??

This flow meter/regulator is calibrated for 3 different scales. It comes shipped with the Argon Scale in the center with helium on one side of the tube and CO2/CO2+Argon on the other. The packaging it comes in states it for GMAW (Mig)& GTAW(Tig) welding applications.

Can this be adjusted for output flow of 1 cu ft/minute?

No it will not. It is set at cubic feet per hour.
