They get rid of lead!
The exterior of my home had a lot of lead paint. I bought a test kit to find lead dust from detectlead.com (it’s been a lifesaver!) because my son ended up with lead poisoning. Even after remediating and having dust wipe samples done I still found lead dust! I was told a damp paper towel would remove lead dust, but that has not been my experience. These wipes are amazing and get rid of any lead! Worth the hefty price tag for peace of mind.

Nothing wrong with it
It's just a wipe of trisodium though. Purchase a bottle and put it on a cloth unless you want to spend 10 bucks and endless time to dust down everything.

Excellent product. Pricey but will definitely work on soot and ash like nothing else I’ve tried. I recommend.

Believe it or not helped pass an inspection
I have my opinions on the whole lead-dust debacle and home-testing process - but I understand some conditions post risk in the home. We had SCRUBBED and cleaned many times with several products, never re-using the same rag/towels, etc, and failed 2 times. After this product and some TSP in the plastic window wells (mixed with water), we passed. case: vinyl window wells, hardwood floors. only used the wipes on the floors (vs full TSP). windows we used both. So I do believe this product at least helped.
