Which printer are you using? If you have the option of using a different feed, please try that. For example if you have a rear tray try that instead of the standard paper tray.

How well does this product fold? Does it fold more like paper, or is it stiff like when trying to fold plastic?

Like paper basically it is softer than plastic but stiffer than standard paper.I use it for my hunting and fishing license and fold it up and put it in my wallet with little trouble.

Will Teslin permanently adhere to thick plastic? and how?

If you use the proper laminate and only run it through the laminater one additional runs through actually weaken the bond as well as using a temperature that is either too low or two high also it's good to keep it under even constant pressure until it has completely cooled
