Pressure pump controller
I have installed this automatic pump controller in my house through a plumber. Now and then it was giving problem. it was working intermittently. Many times I had to reset the controller. One day I opened the controller and cleaned the diaphragm (pressure sensor) made of rubber. Now it is working ok.

Not useful with old pumps, as it's working pressure is upto 10bar
I bought this product to use with my old water pump, but however it fid not work and always shuts off the motor and i have to press the reset button to start it again, not useful with old pumps, may be working fine with new pump and motor installation. I am not satisfied with this purchase

Good product
Controller works good, we fitted it to a 0.5hp motor and pressure was really boosted. But only concern was that this controller operates motor every now and then to keepup the pressure, even when none of the water outlets are opened. Like motor runs and stops for 30 seconds every 1.5 minutes even when none of the tap connected is used.

The controller not working
The CRI automatic pump control is not working properly, on contacting the CRI customer care , I was told that they will not provide service for this product as this has been purchased on Amazon platform, and that they Amazon would arrange the replacement or resolution, it was just installed three days back, pls help, I’ve been trying to contact the customer care of Amazon but there seems no support team or number available

Dont panic if it is showing failure, throw the 0.5 hp, and take 1 hp
This controller is not support to the 0.5 hp, i am also trying to return the product then i take a chance with 1 hp and it works
