An superb mouse at an insanely good price
I've used a number of mice over the past few years: Razer Deathadder, GPro Wired, Glorious Model O- & Model D. I'm an FPS gamer mainly and play games like PUBG, CoD, etc.. have played FPS games since 2003 so I'd say my mechanical skill with a mouse is pretty good and I notice differences between all mice listed above. It's only been the past few weeks where I decided to go for the Razer Viper Mini and move away from the Model O-. Not because it's a bad mouse but because ergonomically it feels a little too narrow for my hand and I noticed cramping and fatigue, which is not something you want as a gamer. Ergonomically this mouse is really comfortable to hold. I use a hybrid palm/claw grip. It's as small as the o- and nearly as light but the rear of the mouse it's ever so slightly higher, which allows me to have contact with the mouse with my palm, which gives that bit of support. The middle of the mouse isn't as narrow either, so I noticed that my right ring finger is able to curl in naturally to hold the mouse which leaves just my pinky on the mat for tracking support - the model o- only allowed me to grip with the side of my right finger which again wasn't the most natural position. The Model D felt a little too big for my hand although the curvature on the outside of the mouse felt grand, but adjustments I had to make were unnatural for ME and caused some cramping. I've yet to experience cramping with the viper mini. Thankfully. The skates on the Viper feel very slick. This may change depending on the mouse pad you're using. I tested it on my long time use QCK+ which seems to be a little slower than the MM350, which allows a really good glide and I've noticed tracking targets in PUBG is far easier - heads up this could be because my QCK has been used for so long that it's built up sweat etc on it which has slowed it down - I'll revise this again later once I've used my MM350 a bit more. The buttons are a delight and extremely responsive but don't feel flimsy. The Model o- & the GPro Wired had softer feeling buttons which made it feel like they were going to get pushed in and stuck (they never did of course, besides the middle mouse button on the GPro obtaining a double click after 5 months). These don't feel like that at all. I love them. Took me a few hours to get used to them because they were so responsive. Definitely the most responsive buttons I've ever used, which in FPS gaming is amazing. They're absolutely fantastic. The accuracy feels really good too. I loot pretty fast in PUBG and I definitely notice tab looting in PUBG to be much slicker, I don't know if it's a placebo or what but it feels good and I don't doubt I'm missing anything. The cable is flexible and doesn't feel like it catches on the end of my mouse pad - I have a bungee too but I like an extra bit if slack and it doesn't seem to catch or get mis-shaped from sitting in a certain position, which I've noticed with other cables. The build of the mouse is really good too, there's no creaking or flex to the body so it doesn't feel like it's going to crumble at any point which is great. My pics are a comparison of all mice I have currently. The viper mini is in the middle. Hopefully this gives you an Idea of shape and size and side button position. The only downside (of any razer product imo) is the Razer Synapse software, which I've never been a fan of. It just seems like bloatware to me. I installed it used it for a few days but then uninstalled it again because it's just a pain in the hole. Mouse works perfectly fine without it. I would definitely recommend this mouse to anyone & for the price it's absolute bargain. Happy to answer any questions if anyone has any.

Best lightweight mouse I’ve ever used!
I bought this mouse to add to my growing collection of PC accessories, I now own 8 different mice which I use for different purposes. The lightweight mice I own now are the MM711, the Model O minus and now this. The Viper Mini has very quickly become my favourite lightweight mouse to use, so much so that I use it for practically everything; gaming of all genres as well as other multimedia and productivity purposes. The only time I will swap it out is for hardcore MMO gaming (when I will switch to my Naga) but if I am playing casually I usually just use the Viper Mini as I love how light it is. It feels very nice and smooth, it is perfect for my smaller hands and yet still feels very robust. I like that unlike most other lightweight mice, it does not have lots of little holes in it to bring the weight down. It’s remarkable it is as light as it is without them. It is a very stylish mouse and the RGB is fantastic. I am enjoying it so much so, that I am considering giving the Viper Ultimate a try, although I do typically prefer a wired mouse. It would be interesting to see if Razer decided to release a Viper Ultimate Mini for those who prefer slightly smaller mice, although I understand this might be a challenge what with all the additional components required for the wireless mouse. All in all a fantastic piece of kit and I honestly couldn’t pick a fault with it. The fact it was almost half the price if my other two lightweight mice is honestly astonishing, I would gladly pay the same or more for this mouse. I do like my Model O minus and my MM711 still but I might give one away to a friend or something (probably the MM711 as that is my least favourite) because honestly I doubt I will find myself using another lightweight mouse.

Razor Sharp
The Razer Viper Mini is a wired gaming mouse that packs a punch in a compact design. Its lightweight build and ambidextrous shape make it comfortable for long gaming sessions. The optical sensor delivers precise tracking, and the 6 programmable buttons provide customizable options for various gaming needs. The textured grips on the sides ensure a secure hold during intense gaming, and the durable switches offer a satisfying click feel. The RGB lighting adds a touch of flair without being overly flashy.Setting up the mouse is straightforward, thanks to Razer's user-friendly software. The drag-free cord minimizes interference during fast movements, enhancing the overall gaming experience. For gamers seeking a budget-friendly yet high-performance mouse, the Razer Viper Mini is a solid choice that doesn't compromise on quality. It's a great addition to any gaming setup, especially for those who prefer a smaller form factor.

4/5. Almost nothing is ever a 5/5 - Great Mouse For the Price
It seems they unnecessarily "cheapened out" a bit on the sensor and that plastic middle bit. However, I doubt anyone can tell the difference between other or newer sensors. They're all good. It's more about how it feels in your hand. I personally couldn't feel the middle plastic causing friction (as mentioned in a one-star review..) on my Fnatic DASH and the so-called high LOD is a non-issue for me. It replaced my Model O-. I don't know if it's because I've had the O- for a year+ and it's worn down but build quality feels like turd in comparison to the Mini. Creaky shell and wobbly-ish buttons. The only main semi negative I can give the Mini is the cable because I'm so used to a Paracord. I had to replace it. I'm also using the Lexip ceramic feet (stuck directly over the stock feet) which seems to solve the LOD. It's now less than a DVD. You could use the tape trick, but try and keep the tape inside the plastic feet or you will feel it on the pad. It doesn't have a proper RGB but I can't stand that crap anyway and always turn it off. A decent mouse when the price is right. If the stock cable was more flexible it may be a 5/5? Though, unless you're used to a paracord it isn't a big deal if you have a bungie. Unless this fails or feels bad after a while I will not be replacing it.

Razer Viper Mini - Excellent little mouse that is precise, slides nicely and buttons are good
I ordered this as I wanted something that is sturdy and light for my work bag. Additionally, I wanted to change resolutions on the fly for precision drawing work. Some people think the mouse is quite small - it's actually a normal size for an office mouse and with the lights off is discrete to not get that 'ohh- you're a gamer' comment in the office. Those lights can be turned off and the mouse remembers it too. The buttons are precise and there is absolutely no button float - perfect for gaming I guess. The scroll wheel is full sized and sits high up compared to the surface before and after allowing one to scroll more than with other mice I've used. The side buttons protrude nicely and also action well. Also Razer include a nice cable tie to limit cable length when next to my laptop. All told a nice mouse with a very high precision sensor at a sensible price.

You can't go wrong! Excellent bang for your buck
I have had bad luck with older razer mouse, i.e double clicking, scrolling issues, sensor issues, glides coming off however this is an exception the build quality of this mouse and the cable is amazing very light weight(do not need to purchase a bungee) and durable. Really good improvement from Razer the software is a bit heavy but i do not use rgb/ do not care about it. It's really comfortable and im glad i went with Razer instead of honeycomb mesh no name brand. Sensor performance is real upgrade from my old mouse pmw3359 does not dissapoint no more mouse going out of control when flicking or moving extremely fast speeds excellent tracking. i have no problems with comfortablility. However Long term durability is a question waiting to be answered ill give it a few months and comeback with a response if anything goes wrong so far so good!

Top tier mouse anyone can afford
Being a Razer skeptic, I bought this mouse expecting to be disappointed. Boy I was wrong. This is my single best upgrade for competitive FPS gaming ever. My aim in CS:GO and Apex Legends got massively better after switching from the brick that the G502 is. I now feel in control and can get my shots where I want them to go. The mouse is light but doesn't feel cheap, the shell doesn't flex and isn't full of holes like other brands. The optical switches means that I don't need to worry about the mouse developing double clicking issues over time. They feel just as satisfying as physical switches so I don't get the complaints about them feeling inferior to Omrons. The cable is so soft that I might as well call it wireless because I don't feel any cable drag whatsoever. Alright looks too good to be true right? Well the catch is if you have huge hands and prefer heavier palm grip mice this is not for you but you probably wouldn't be looking at a 'mini' mouse anyway. Razer is going on a competitive streak here to undercut Logitech to the benefit of the consumer. Oh and did I mention the price? The Viper Mini can be had for as low as £23! That's cheap Chinese clone territory so it's basically a no brainer at this point

Casual gaming and work - love it
I'm a casual gamer (sim, mmorpg, fps) and use the same pc for work as well so I essentially use the mouse for more than 12 hours, at least, daily. Been using this mouse for a couple of weeks now and loving it! Never really owned a proper gaming mouse before plus I'm no pro gamer so didn't want to splurge too much, so among the entry level gaming mice, Viper Mini fits the bill. Though I have to say this mouse had definitely helped improve my performance in fps games. Smooth, tactile and responsive. Anyway, price - checked! My hands are fairly small so I was only considering smaller-sized mouse. I absolutely wouldnt be able to work with large mice...hate it. I'm happy to say this one fits my hand perfectly and comfortably. So size - checked! Since I started using pc I've recently decided to go back to wired. I've always had wireless mice but have been extremely unlucky with either battery life or the usb transmitter. Decided that I've had enough of that and since I'm not using a laptop anymore, portability isnt really an issue. So convenience - yes! Literally the only issue I have is sometimes when I use the scroll wheel I'll accidentally click it. Seems to be more sensitive than usual because I honestly never ever had this problem before. But this only happens during my work or browsing, not during gaming (for whatever mysterious reason) which luckily is the case. All in all with my (small) budget this is the best mouse I've ever had 100%.
