A new adventure
I bought a [Bear Greeks] 2.4L Gguduck Greek yogurt Maker here on Amazon to make Greek yogurt. I noticed that the yogurt maker can also be used to make cheese, so naturally I wanted to try it. I bought this Beginner Cheese Making Kit because while cheesemaking sounds complicated and hard, this product claimed to make it easy. It didn't lie; I made some very delicious ricotta cheese, and I intend to make some paneer or mascarpone later this week. It really does make it simple and fun.

Ha I have Realy enjoyed making the ricotta cheese and it was tasty,super easy to make ,have made it several times.,one of the perks would be that there are no preseravatives and of course making it is quite cost efective(another word Cheap )
