Decent quality, great price
Bought for roller skates, quad and inline. They perform the job of making wheels roll. They are packed in grease, not speed oil, but that's the norm for commodity level bearings. Due to being grease-packed, they don't have much free-spin, but when used for the purpose of spinning under weight, free spin is not an important metric. I have cleaned the grease out with alcohol until dry and then lubed using light machine oil, and they feel much better that way, with more free spin, so the base quality seems to be there if you want to put that work in. These are better than every sealed (608ZZ) "abec 9k" bearing that come with inexpensive skates or wheels. Based on vague feeling alone, these are not as good as more expensive bearings, but being 1/3 to 1/10 of the price this is acceptable to me.

You might want to add oil to the bearings, or change the lubricant in the bearings.
I'm happy with these Deep Dream 608rs (8x22x7mm) Skateboard Bearings. 20 bearings for 8 bucks is a good deal for my purpose. I'm going to use them to make pendulums, so I'm not that concerned about how closely the actual bearings match the stated specifications. I will say that, right out of the carton, the bearings didn't spin much when I tested them. These bearings slowed and stopped almost immediately, after I spun them with my finger. I used a pin to pop the side panels off, and took a look inside. The bearings had some clearish gel in them. Maybe it's petroleum jelly - but that's just a guess. To try to get the bearings to spin better, I added a couple of drops of pneumatic tool oil to them. (I used the pneumatic tool oil because it's a medium thickness oil, and I have a big bottle of it.) The bearings spun much better after adding a few drops of pneumatic tool oil.

Decent bearings for a good price.
Ordered these bearings to get an old skateboard up and running. They're quiet and roll good.

Wheelchair bearings they work great
There's work great as replacement bearings for the front wheels of a wheelchair. I definitely recommend. For the price and quantity you can't go wrong

Not bad for cheap bearings but not great either
We ordered these to upgrade my daughter’s 3 wheel rollerblades which had some really low quality fixed shield bearings. It was a bit of a mixed bag with these new bearings, some rolled quietly and smooth enough and others were pretty noisy and rattled. I like the removable covers and the colors available, but the bearings were slower than I would like out of the box. I took the covers off and they are filled with a Vaseline consistency grease which was a pain to wash out using gasoline, kerosene or alcohol. I ultimately got the grease out of them all and it was a straight 50/50 split on noisy bearings vs smooth bearings, the grease seemed to be quieting some of the questionable ones down originally so there were more rough ones after cleaning. I re oiled them all with speed cream and picked out the best to put in her rollerblades and they have been good enough durability wise, and have functioned reasonably well but don’t roll as fast as I would like. You honestly probably have to buy twice the amount of bearings you’ll need to pick through and get the good ones. Would I order them again, eh probably not, would probably spend a bit more and get basic bones next time.

Smooth, quiet, economical bearings
Great value for skateboard bearings. Bought to replace my 15 year old Bones Reds in my board that's been sitting around. What a difference these made. This board rolls for days now, and I still have spare bearings left over. Good fit, they roll smoothly, installation is straightforward. They are actually pretty quiet as well. I'm sure these would shine if used at a skatepark, but sadly I got old, so the board is only used to move heavy trash to the curb these days!

Works as advertised
I use these for quad roller skates to play roller derby, and they're pretty great. easy to pop the shield off and clean/relubricate. Good price for the amount.
