Is is compatible to "nzxt kraken x73" and "amd threadripper 3990x"?

This bracket is for the Corsair H100i V2 CPU cooler. I don’t know if it is compatible with yours, as it was made for Corsair

Is this compatible with am3+ I’m asking since one of the reviews says it is compatible, but I want to make sure

Yes, I have it on an FX-8350 as we speak
