Works as expected.
This works as it should, wicking up water so that the machine can send out cooled air. Taking the machine apart is a little tricky, but actually simple and not unmanageable... it just took me a bit of time to figure out the instructions. We've had this in our bedroom to help cool us at night, quietly. This machine will not work in humid environs, but is great when average humidity is on the low side; it's just the way a swamp cooler works.

It works!
My office air conditioner was eliminated during repairs, and I never had one in my bedroom. With Evapolar I can move the personal unit from one to the other, and it's effective in both places.

Better than expected
This really puts out cooler air around my desk. I got the optional scent diffuser and it works really well also. Small leak from bottom noted on last use. Will update. When used aagain

Usually good, but the recent one was defective
Usually these filters are great, but the last one that I ordered seems to have less paper in the "wick" part which soaks up the water to the rest of the filter. As a result, my evapolar starts to leak after a few hours. I'll be ordering a new one since I think it's a fluke.

This is not a new cartridge by any means of the word nor does it have the same dimensions as the original. Not even 5th hand quality.

Die Filterkartusche muss ausgetauscht werden, es ist einfach, es selbst zu tun. Am gebrauchten Filter sieht man, dass er die Luft effektiv reinigt.

The cartridge i recieved was grey and dusty, unlike the one that came with the product, which was white and not dusty
