Great customer service
This product did not work straight out of the box. There was no electricity. The seller troubleshooted the unit with me, but I was not able to get it working. The seller refunded me in full, and then sent me a new one at no cost to me at all. Even though in a different country, the seller was very quick to respond to my emails and also followed up with me to make sure the new one worked perfectly. They were very kind and super easy to work with. The new one showed up and worked perfectly. I am using it every day. The auto timer is amazing, because I don't have to think about going to turn it off. I am very happy with this product and very happy with this seller. I would recommend both.

Stopped working after one week
Worked for a few hours and then stopped on the first day. Couldn’t get it on on the second day. I tried different outlets, but didn’t matter, still wouldn’t turn on. Flipped the switch on the third day and it lit up. Didn’t do anything other than turn the switch to on. Worked for about 6 hours and turned off again. Can’t get it back on. Only reason I’ve had it for a week is because I’ve been too lazy to pack it up to return. It’s going today. Don’t buy. Spend more money and get something better.

Very bright but not as bright as I expected!!! The light was easy to install and very user friendly the timer feature is nice too not alot of heat out put which is pretty good for me

Nice lights
I have 2 of these lights so far and want to get a few more. I love the quality, effectiveness of the lights and the timer!! This fits my needs both grow and veg. Will buy again!!

2400 grow light
This light us working great for my plants and the timer makes it so easy to set how many hours of light you want or leave the timer off and it stays on until you shut it off. It is a great investment!!!

Stopped Working
The Bloom light stopped working after 5 months. Liked the convenience of the built in timer, but was disappointed that the Bloom light did not operate longer.
