Arctic S1 Plus Turbo Module with Active Cooling for Accelero S1 Plus VGA Cooler

You use rubber "bands" to tie the fan to the heatsink. Only reason I bought it was I was selling my card and the buyer wanted the fan from the manufacturer and not the zip tied fan I was using on it.It really doesn't look any better and for 15 bucks it seems pretty over priced for what you get. It's also odd they include a tube of thermal grease in there, as there is no reason to use it when installing a fan on a presumably already installed heatsink.

This fan is meant to mount to the Accelero heatsink with rubber ties. They are far too weak for their intended purpose, and just break when you try to attach them. Luckily, there are extras - you'll need them.A mysterious tube of thermal compound is included. There is no explanation of what you would use it for or why you would want it.The instructions are confusing pictograms with very little written English. My guess is they're probably trying to make universal instructions so they don't have to bother with translations. It doesn't seem to be a good approach, based on this example.

Der Lüfter verrichtet seinen Dienst auf dem Arctic Accelero S1 Plus welcher die GrafikkarteVTX3D Radeon HD 7850 X-Edition kühlt.Die Temperaturen sind absolut im grünen Bereich, auch bei sehr grafiklastigen Games.Selbst bei höheren Drehzahlen kaum zu hören.Auch der Lieferumfang ist voll ok. Entkoppler-Gummis und Wärmeleitpaste.Sehr gut.

Für mich so nicht zu gebrauchen.Einerseits ist der nicht wirklich leise. Noctua kann das um Welten besser. Und andererseits kann man diesen Lüfter nicht einmal am Mainboard anschließen sondern nur mit Stromanschluss am Netzteil. Für mich deshalb uninteressant und unpraktisch.

Der Lüfter läuft sehr leise, es ist sehr viel Zubehör dabei, so zum Beispiel ein Adapterkabel um ihn direkt an die Grafikkarten-Lüfteranschlüsse anzuschließen. Ich bin sehr zufrieden, das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis bei Arctic Cooling Produkten ist einfach unschlagbar!

Ich hatte zuerst 1Woche lang nur den Arctic Accellero Plus S1 OHNE Turbo Modul an meiner AMD HD7850.Im Leerlauf hatte ich Temperaturen von 30-35° und natürlich LAUTLOS ;)Mit Furmark dann einen Belastungstest durchgeführt und die Temperatur ging hoch auf bis zu 90°.Anschließend das Turbomodul bestellt.Angeschlossen an 7V dreht es konstant mit 600U/min.Leerlauf sind es nun 25-30° und bei Volllast geht er bis maximal 50° und ist so gut wie lautlos.Also absolut empfehlenswert!

Leiser lüfter, gute Kühlleistung, in Verbindung mit dem Kühler an einer H6850 getestet, da der alte Lüfter ausgefallen ist. Würde immer wieder zu diesem Lüfter greifen! Einbau mit den Gumminoppen ein bisschen heikel, aber dafür zwei zuviel im Lieferumfang.
