Total rip off. bought as an internal tent pod but there is no structural integrity to this at all, it flopped all over the place. We had to put the dog cage next to it so it didn't flop over. Very disappointed.One plus side, it was super dark to sleep in and easy to put up/take down.

We've used another brand tent for our autistic son for almost 4 years, honestly we would have just bought another one of those but it appeared they had gone out of business. We wanted a 2nd, new, tent so we could use the old one for our 1st road trip, and hopefully subsequent trips. I knew this one would be different, and it appears the differences don't bother my son but they do me. I'll get use to this new one but we will have to make some modifications to make it work for us as needed. A few points:1) I wish the mesh windows also unzipped. We use a video monitor at night, and the night vision doesn't work through the mesh. Our old one had a zip on the mesh as well, so we will literally have to cut a hole in this mesh for the camera to peer through. We have the camera on the outside on a stand.2) I wish this was like the newer version and had two panels that opened on the side(and that that one wasn't so much more expensive). Even better would be like the other new version that has one big opening on the side(wasn't available at all when I ordered, but still isn't available for our full size). Our old one was one big opening on the side. For our purposes, once we put this one up, we realized we had to rearrange the entire room so we could position the bed so we can use the bigger opening in the end.3) I ordered the charcoal. In person and the room's lighting it looks like a navy blue trying to pass for black. But in the pictures it does look dark gray. Our old one was a lighter gray.4) I do like to barrel style of this one versus the boxy style of our old one. The old one torn up walls wear the corners rubbed. This one has smoother edges at the head and foot of the bed.

This is an update to a previous post. The original tent ripped and the replaced the tent and it's up in my daughter's room. My daughter is 😊

My 10-year-old daughter had been using a bed tent that was designed for kids (printed with pictures) but it only partially covered the bed and was only available for a single-size bed. When she upgraded to a larger bed, she asked if she could still get a bed tent for it. The large windows in her bedroom let in a lot of light from very early in the morning and she wanted more coverage to keep out the light so she could sleep in past sunrise, but she didn't want heavy curtains in the room. I decided to buy this tent for her. As a pop-up tent, it was easy to assemble the tent itself as you just slide some support poles into designated pockets. The biggest challenge when setting this up was getting it under the mattress. If you were to use this on a single bed, that might not be too bad as those mattresses can be fairly light and aren't too large. However, if you are using this tent on a bed that is full size or larger, it can be a bit tricky getting this under and around a bulky heavy mattress. I had to have another adult help me. Keep that in mind before purchasing. Once it was set up, it was clear this tent was high quality and very sturdy. If you bump into it or accidentally sit on the edge of the bed, it pops right back into shape, which is great in a kid's room. The only thing that I feel I should mention is that the size of these tents can seem quite large (tall) when you get into the larger sizes of mattress. If you have a low ceiling, dangling lights or fixtures, or a ceiling fan, I would recommend measuring first as this tent might cause a problem in those situations. Other than that, this is a great buy for anyone that wants to create a cozy hideaway on their bed. The amount of light blocked is great considering the lightweight nature of the fabric, the sturdy zippers and panels allow for more, or less, air flow and for more, or less, view of the room, making the tent quite versatile. My daughter loves this tent!
