No, it will not fit a Pentel click eraser.

Will the mr pen refills, work for my alvin ee-175?

The Mr. Pen erasers that they are making now, don't even fit into the Mr. Pen Eraser Refill themselves. They are slightly smaller and don't stay in the plastic holder when you are erasing. It is very irritating. I have ordered 2 times just to see if the newer ones were any better and they are not.
