Good product, similar action as creatine. Feels good after consumption. Reduction of homocysteine can be felt by reduction of blood pressure. Slightly sweet taste but that is from glycine. Very good value for money.

Good quality stuff, though would suggest to improve packaging
Really good and pure stuff. Though trust issues due to packaging, but since I have used TMG from international brands i know what to expect so can assure of the quality. Can recommend for sure.

Good packaging, no taste(a good thing) and quite affordable
I am using it to improve my methylation to clear histamine and as well as my mum as her homocysteine is high. Will update with the results after proper use. Using it is very simple with the 1g spoon given although I wish there was a 500mg option too. But, unlike those tablets with all the nano anti-caking agents and binders. This one's plain 'ol betaine. Affordability was still the biggest draw to me.

Completely bad and unworthy product
Used 2 bottles of hmb and tmg after trying for 60 days there is no result at all, complete waste of money, have used nutrija products previously they seemed promising but every time they do not fail todisappointment PS: I don't give review after trying a just one jar I tried jars atleast 2-3 jars before giving review of any product
