Excellent product
I have now used this product twice. It is superb. I tested my jam for setting when the thermometer showed the correct temperature and it turned out amazing. Very accurate. Great value for the price paid. I really liked how you could adjust the clip to suit your pot size. No slippage with it. It stayed exactly where I placed it. Very easy to read the temperature on the gauge.

Works to make fudge
I used this to make sweets and fudge and worked well. A bit tricky to clean, but you can't leave it till afterwards, I have a mug of hot water to leave it in.

Excellent customer service. Thermometer seems sturdy and well made
This thermometer was thought to be inaccurate as takes so long to reach 140 degrees required for hard crack toffee. The toffee made was good, however, so will use again. Not a seasoned toffee maker, so still experimenting.

great piece of kit
Wasn't too sure which Themometer to buy...... Do I go with the more expensive Brass one or this? Opted for this less expensive one, and it's great. Have used it three times now twice for Toffee and once for Turkish Delight. Easy to use, Stands up in the saucepan and easy to wash!

Fantastic Quality
Really fantastic quality, I was expecting something cheap and cheerful, but was pleasantly surprised by the build quality, should last for years if I don't drop it.

Needs calibrating!
Bought one for caramel making. The caramel didn't work out right despite me being incredibly diligent. Checked it by putting it in the kettle. It's 10F out. Do yourself a favour pop into your kettle once it's boiling and check before using.

Great product, loads of uses.
Only used the once at the moment for water temperature for bread making. Great for jam making later in the year. Handy clip for securing to pan. Highly recommend.
