Initially I was a little concerned about this making me too drowsy or sedated because I use it for anxiety. If im not taking my medication that night I’ll take this an hour before I go to sleep (I can’t relax without feeling anxiety creep up on me at night). It works perfectly and relaxes you. You never feel too tired or worn down. Sleep is restful and you don’t feel sluggish the next day!

Sleeping through the night!
Plagued by waking up in middle of night & unable to fall back asleep, I thought I’d try lemon balm. So far, I’ve had a full night’s sleep every night I’ve taken it. With it, I am able to fall asleep again even if I wake up in the middle of the night. No residual grogginess in morning and no feeling of being drugged at all. Just a full night of restful sleep!
