I purchased these based off the recommendation of an obscure, decade-old forum post about ears clicking. I don't understand the mechanics of what is causing the problem (and neither do four doctors... or even care about it), but these actually provide relief. If you have problems with one or both of your ears "clicking" or hear your heartbeat, give these a shot; you may find some relief. No one really gets just how maddening a problem this can be.

I have used this formula off and on for about a decade. It was given to me initially by an herbalist/acupuncturist for dampness. I got tired of paying the extra money for other brands, which my provider marked up. A nutritionist recommended this brand and you can sidestep the provider when you need refills. You can go for cheaper imports, but the purity and quality could be a problem. This is a good, happy medium for me.

When I feel a sinus infection coming on... I start taking these and it stops symptoms and stops me from getting the sinus infection. I couldn’t say better things about these!
