I've had it for 3 years now
Good product! Have had it for 3 years now. Using it regularly. Easy to remove the crumbs from the bottom due to the removable tray. Easy to clean and looking fancy. It toasts the bread a bit unevenly sometimes but if you turn it around is fine. Used it for scones, tortilla wraps, crumpets, bagels and bread of course :) Could be a bit faster. Good for frozen bread as well. 4/5 stars

Happy with our purchase of this toaster
This is a lovely wee toaster I like it as it is easy to use and has a lot of good reviews with it. We got it in grey as I will be re-painting my working kitchen grey in the new year as it will blend in with everything else between silver and grey equipment. Makes life a lot easier when your toasting for family. We would recommend this lovely toaster to any family or single person. No noise easily cleaned no issues whatsoever with this toaster as we like it, and easily operated as a child could use it.

Reasonably pleased
It is a nice looking toaster, easy to use and clean, but it takes a long time to toast... I like mine proper toasted and on the highest setting it takes forever, but still comes out slightly under done.

Ich hatte mich echt auf diesen Toaster gefreut,habe auch schon einen tollen Wasserkocher dieser Firma. Leider wurde ich herb enttäuscht.....kein deutscher Stecker und auch die Verarbeitung wirkte absolut billig. Beides war in der Beschreibung nicht ersichtlich. Deshalb ging er wieder Retoure, schade!
