It taste gross ! But I saw results in a matter of days !When i start to feel sick I start to take this and the cold never fully comes out. Or if i already have a cold , it shortens it!Truly is a good product…. But if you want to do goodFor your body you got to man up for the few seconds of nastiness lol!
