Royal Business Organizer
The item was defective out of the box. I contacted the company that sent it, but they only have a seven day return policy. I didn't try the unit until after the return time had expired. Amazon may only be the middle man getting buyers and sellers together; but they should try to filter out sub par companies. I realize that this was not Costco where you can return anything when you are dissatisfied, but having such a short time is not appropriate. I will probably not buy anything through Amazon again.

A PersonalInformationManager from days gone by
Item is a Personal Data Manager, and the highlight is the Dealer's diligence in creating a very impressive cooperative environment to make the purchase successful in all ways. Thus, more than the product is the compliment to the dealer. Item is an antiquated, first generation digital attempt (see, for eg., Palm Pilot) and as predicted, Made In China, including the instruction manual. The unit, having such a long shelf-life, powered on with new batteries, but the backlight, labeled Royal Glo did not function, and perhaps as well since it would be a significant energy consumer. After conquering the complex instruction manual, the Zone (I am EST), the date presentation (MM/DD/Year), and finally, with extreme dedication and time, the correct time was installed. Caveat: the images are small, and with no backlight, quite a task. Has function keys for Phone/Schedule/Time/Alarm/Conv (Dollar/Euro), and lastly, a simple calculator. Keys are very reminiscent of the old Palm Pilot, though not as wide nor easily viewed. All in all, I do recommend this Dealer if he has your need, for I strongly advocate using his honesty and diligence to aid in your difficulties.
