Super Spicy. It tastes like what I once tasted at a Pho Restaurant. It has preservatives in it and does not necessasarily need to be refrigerated although it will last longer if you do. A little goes a long way when adding it to Ramen, egg flower soup or mixed into rice. I've been eating it every day for a while and I still have plenty left because I just use a small amount and it adds so much flavor to whatever I'm eating. If you like things spicy you will probably love this.

I expected this to be more umami. It's nice but I thought it would be more garlic forward. I added more garlic to it and it made a huge difference. It has a bit of a acidic/vinegary flavour. It has a nice kick to it but it's not extremely spicy. Bear in mind, I'm Jamaican and I love to use use Scotch bonnet and Cayenne pepper in my food. I'd give it a 6 or 7/10 for the heat or spiciness.

My husband & son used to love Huy Fong Foods Sriracha sauce. Unfortunately it's no longer available in our immediate area & so they've been forced to rely on Tabasco brand Sriracha to get their fix, though my husband still insists that he'd prefer the stuff from this brand. (It's far too spendy online!) Seeing this I decided to buy it for the boys in my household & see what they thought of it. They LOVED it. The heat is great, according to both of them. It's versatile for what you can use it on or with. However, the bottle size was smaller than I anticipated. I see it clearly now that it's only 8 oz, so that's on me. I'll have to look for larger containers in the future!
