Door Ramp (6 inch Door Ramp with Edging Strip and Rail)

Does the job well but, as others have pointed out, it needs protection along the lower edge as it is quite sharp there. Having only just placed it we can remember to be diligent if moving it but we can't rely on memory for ever so we have fitted a length of garden hose split along its length.

Absolutely brilliant. I am disabled and use a scooter for getting around. I used to leave it outside with a rain cover over it but due to the cold the batteries gave up. Not cheap to replace so decided I’d have to keep it in my kitchen. The only problem I had was the door step! Someone offered to make me a ramp but then I saw this one and it is perfect. I can now manage to ride in and reverse out with ease, great!

Its bigger than I imaged(my fault, no one elses), I could clip it on back of my power because it is light. But ,I will be donating to the school for their step to help wheelchair users. Every time I go to vote they've got no ramp. This will be ideal for them. Would recommend .

Fairly lightweight yet robust ramp at a reasonable price, enabling me to easily get my elderly mother's wheelchair over the threshold of her UPVC front door and again over the threshold of my UPVC door when she arrives at my place.Needed a ramp which was big enough but not too big; it also needed to be fairly lightweight for portability. A lot of the rubber ramps are quite heavy.Fast delivery too so very happy with the purchase :-)

Dimesions as stated. Even though it is heavy gauge aluminium it still flexes a bit. It is obviously designed for a wheelchair or other similar wheeled device which puts the weight load near the outer supports. I am using this with a wheelbarrow and a lot of weight is put on the centre area so it flexex a lot more. Not a big issue but you may need to be aware

I was unable to keep this as it was bought to help my dog get up the back step but being awkward as she is she wouldn't go near it.I had to return it even though it was perfect for the job and a good quality solid product.Great customer services from this firm with everything dealt with quickly.

lightweight but awkward having to pick up. I needed to remove it every time thought of putting a handle on it. also the scooter wheels would spin on the metal. I had a 6inch height but lower heights might be better. I bought a strong rubber mat to go up the ramp and into the shed.

Great ramps bought one a while ago to use with my mobility scooter and have just purchased another. Very sturdy, have no problems with grip even when wet.
