Is it work in Guernsey with MySure sim card?

I can't see why it wouldn't. I use mine down my caravan in Mersea Island with a Smarty sim & have excellent coverage

I have just taken delivery of this and i am struggling to set it up is there someone i can talk to about this. i have tried faq and the help bot

Seemed easy to set up using the SIM card that came with unit then set up which plan I wanted entered my own mobile number and card payment details for direct debit purpose all seemed to go through ok only problem I had was it accepting the password inside unit but when I entered rfmf number in uppercase all entered and been using it ok since last year I found their customer services quite confusing has kept sending codes to put in but they didn’t help till I put in rfmf number in it worked hope this helps
