I found this product using AI. I have a handful of solar lights that light up the front of my house. I've had them for probably 8 or 9 years. They still charge up and work well but the lenses have become quite milky. I took a picture of the lenses and put it into AI and it suggested this product. My expectations were low but I figured it wasn't terribly expensive so I would try it. I figured I would have to take all of the lights out of the flower bed and do them one at a time which seem like a real pain. I pulled the 1st 1 out and use the fine scratch remover and with just 1 or 2 easy passes it really cleaned up beautifully. I could see all of the LED lights underneath the lands. No elbow grease, as easy as Windex on her window. I was very surprised. I then used the protectant on it and it looked great. I just took a little bit on a paper towel and went around to all of the other lights and just did a very light Passover and a lot of film came off of each. I also did the solar collector part of the light, and that cleaned up very nicely as well. Then of course I found many things such as the lens on my bicycle lights, the reflectors at the end of my driveway, and my doorbell camera lenses. I must say it was very satisfying. All of them came out much cleaner. I didn't use the heavy scratch remover as I did feel there were any heavy scratches. But this product did everything it said it was going to do. It exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend it. Once it works on one thing it was like eating one potato chip. I found 12 other things that it did a good job on. Seems gentle enough not to scratch even gentle surfaces and certainly works. Highly recommend.

NOVUS-PK1-2 Plastic Clean & Shine #1, Fine Scratch Remover #2, and Heavy Scratch Remover #3 was recommended by the manufacturer of my Harley windshield for maintenance and cleaning. I used it to clean, buff, and protect a brand new shield, and my brother also used it on an older Harley shield that had much heavier scratches and wear. To my surprise, it removed around 90% of the scratches from his older windshield, only leaving a few of the deeper marks behind. For how rough his shield was, I would definitely call that a win. It does take some elbow grease to really work the product in, and my arm was definitely feeling it afterward, but the results were worth it. Long-term protection will tell the full story, but so far I have nothing but good things to say. Side note, after opening and using the polish bottle, it would not seal back correctly and would leak if not stored upright. I found a small imperfection in the bottle itself. I contacted the vendor and with only a couple quick emails back and forth they immediately sent out a replacement bottle without making me return the whole kit. Could not ask for much better customer service than that. If this stuff continues to hold up against bug impacts and regular riding cleanup, I will be even more impressed over time.

I ordered this kit to use on the windscreen of my motorcycle. It had a few significant scratches on it. I was hoping to eliminate these, or at the least improve them. This kit had absolutely no improvement to any of them. I might as well have used pudding, it couldn’t have been worse. Followed the instructions to a T. Would not recommend.

I got this to polish the inside of a pistol frame. It left a semi reflective finish but didn't get all the scratches out but good enough. I'm sure it's good for it's intended purpose though, maybe temper your expectations depending on how deep the scratches are

Works great for finishing pens I make. The issue I have is with the bottles, they clog and slow me down. I just rebottled it into squeeze bottles

This product is wonderful! I don’t ever write reviews but I took a shot on this product after researching how to fix a melamine/laminate table I got. I have a vintage 1920s Thonet table and was scared to put harsh product on my table. I made the mistake of using a Magic Eraser on the top and it created a white patch. I used the Novus 1 and 2 solution and it came right out! The white patch that the Magic Eraser created disappeared and the table looks better than it did before. No odor, no greasy feel. Just shine and restored!

I didn't have much hope for what products say they will do, but this product did an amazing job. I had a turntable with a plastic cover with scratches. I followed the directions and the scratches just disappeared. ; )

I restore old Ipods. Tested on a gen3 ipod classic faceplate. The fine introduced more scratches than removed. I would say it is only a middle step in finishing not a 3 step solution as advertised. I had better results with 3000 grit sandpaper and polywatch. If you do use this. The microfiber towel included is bad throw it away immediately and use a real microfiber. After the fine #2 step you will still need polywatch to finish and get a crystal clear finish. Then you can use #1 cleaner. The picture illustrates the scratches introduced even after I used polywatch to remove the majority. I don't really care for this product as there are better was to achieve the middle step in polishing plastic.
