These spices were great! Great taste, low price, and a larger size than average bottle, making it an even better value given the quantity and price. They smelled fresh and cooked up perfectly. Honestly I was hesitant to order Amazon spices for whatever reason but our local store was out and we ordered and like everything else they knocked it out of the park. I'll continue to order them going forward now! Spices can be expensive but not these! Don't expire for 1.5 years so good longevity but mine will run out long before then given how often we have tacos! Cheaper than the local big box store and the same quality. We use a good amount of cumin so its easy to stay stocked up without having a huge container that doesn't fit on my spice shelf.

The Amazon basics spices I have found to be amazing values in all very good quality. I drink a ginger, cinnamon turmeric, lemon beverage daily- and you can’t find better value on dried items like this or the cumin anywhere in my opinion.

Alright, let's get something out of the way before everything else: this cumin did not give me superhero strength. Truth is, I got tired of seeing hundreds of reviews where people said "this cumin makes my food taste good." And just wanted to stand out. So now that you ended up on my review, you might as well stick it out til the end (won't take long, pinky promise). This is cumin. Pretty much the same cumin that you'll find made by a dozen different brands at the store. Except it's cheaper than all of the other cumin. The only stuff you'll find cheaper is if you buy one of those giant industrial containers of it. And unless you own a restaurant or cook for your entire neighborhood daily, you don't need a 50 gallon breaking bad drum of this spicy fragrant powder. Will you like it more than other cumin? How should I know. Different people have different tastes. Truth be told, I don't know how anyone can really tell the difference between two brands of cumin. It's an ingredient that goes into the food, I'm not eating it plain by the spoonful. Point is, there's only one way to know if you'll like this cumin. And that's to buy it right now. The price is good, the brand is one you can trust (Amazon), and it's in a small enough container that you'll use it all before it goes stale on you. So order it now, work on your superhero strength.
