When I first came across H2 tablets on Amazon, I decided to do basic research into its benefits & how it functions in the body. Overall, in the trials & scientific papers that I reviewed (animal & human), I could not find any organ - nor basic system - in the body that does not somehow benefit from this addition. I was totally impressed by how dialysis patients respond to H2 water following each session - knowing how debilitating that overall process is on the human body. I was also impressed to discover that the ingested extra H2 automatically bonds to & neutralizes toxic free-radicals in the body. After reading many product reviews, I chose Dr. Mercola's brand, because I trusted that the quality would be legitimate. While now fast approaching my 80th BD, I have had a lifelong interest in holistic health. I remain active & independent, recognizing how important it is to not take good health for granted... But continue to research & support my body in natural ways. Typically, I am barefoot whenever at home -- and when reading outdoors... So when within a few weeks when the skin on my feet had softened / callouses had totally disappeared so effortlessly, I knew that the information I had read was legitimate. And that while I couldn't directly observe internal changes, it was obvious that other bodily systems were no doubt benefitting as well. Part of my general holistic approach to health has been incorporating monthly massages. I was surprised at my last session several weeks ago when even my masseuse mentioned how soft my gray hair was - and that she noticed an improvement in my skin elasticity. It is also certainly now more naturally moisturized. No need for oils or lotions. Though I started out with the full 8 ppm / 16 oz water serving, I quickly decided to reduce the dose by half / twice daily, I was concerned (since these tablets are not scored) that cutting them in half would result in crumbled bits & dust. I use a sharp, non-serrated knife - and firmly press directly down on the tablet. Kind of gentle, but quick motion... Depressing the blade first from the front, more tapered edge, to divide the tablet in two. What a relief to find this technique works. I recognize that every body is different, that what works for some may not have the same effect for all. I am grateful to another reviewer (also a woman of petite stature) who mentioned that the full 8 mmp dose / 16 oz water was overwhelming for her smaller system to handle. (At that point, however, she decided not to continue with H2 tablets.) Being alerted, however, in advance that I, too, might have the same challenge, I planned / opted to try splitting the tablet in half - if necessary. The sharp blade worked for me, but I have no idea if a pill splitter would be equally effective or would reduce the tablet to dust. Meanwhile, I am delighted with the physical improvements I am seeing. My energy level has always been high - and remains so. I just want to emphasize that there are benefits in starting with a lower dose. That you have to respect your individual body / system... As well as your current level of wellness. That sometimes starting out with lower dosage is the wiser choice., especially for us petites. Do your own research before deciding. Starting with too high of a dose can trigger uncomfortable cleansing reactions - so best to avoid. While currently there does not appear to be any clinically-reported negative interactions when drinking H2 water, it's always wise, if on a prescription, to check with your care provider -- and drink the H2 water hours away from taking such meds. I am not a medical professional - and can only attest to my own personal experience.

This is my second day on this and I feel amazing and very energized. I am usually sluggish when I wake up and feel like I need to lay down a few hours later. I dissolve one tablet in water first thing in the morning and drink it quickly and I immediately start feeling so good. It does cause you to go to the bathroom right after taking it but I like to do that anyway 😝.

So earlier I bought an inexpensive hydrogen water bottle and wasn't convinced it was doing anything other than flash some fancy lights. So I tried these and feel that they do at least seem to make something out of the water. As far as how much hydrogen it produces in the water and it's affect on the body I can't say. Like many supplements it's dose dependent and every body is different and various supplements affect everyone differently and often combinations of supplements have more influence than any single one as they seem to work in synergy with one another. I began a stack of supplements and feel better but how much each individual one makes is not clear. But I did like this product. It dissolved within a minute or two and has a very mild fruity flavor(doesn't taste bad at all). The only thing I did not like is the residue it leaves behind. It's like a light grey colored haze on the glass or bottle and doesn't simply rinse out but must be wiped. Fairly annoying. Not sure if anything can be done about that. And I trust these since I trust Dr. Mercola. Over the years everytime I heard an interview with him or when he interviews others he never pushes the products he sells and often doesn't even mention them. I think this is a sign of someone you can trust!

My wife and I start out everyday drinking these hydrogen tablets in a glass of water. We really feel like they help us feel better and that we have more clarity after taking them. They do take a while to dissolve and it makes the water have a slight flavor (maybe a peroxide type of flavor, but extremely minimal). My wife recommended these to a co-worker who was interested in starting to use molecular hydrogen and she really enjoys it as well.

Seems like a good quality product: tablets well-formed, glass bottle, plenty of desiccant (necessary), decent ingredients. Behaved mostly as expected, other than it was more like 2 to 2 1/2 min. rather than 90 sec. for a tablet to dissolve. Have been reading things on mercola.com for nearly a decade. Many items of advice have clearly worked for me; others have not. These molecular hydrogen tablets are in the latter category. Used them per the articles: 2 in the morning with 1 liter of water (divided into 1 tablet with 480 to 500 mL of R.O. water followed immediately by a second, due to container limitations), consumed fully and immediately after tablet dissolves. Did this for 45 days. *Have not noticed any changes*. Could there be things improving of which i am not aware? Possibly. I’m not in an economic stratum where i can drop $50-some every month and a half on a Maybe. At that price, i need Yes. I’ll be redirecting my limited funds to more Real Food i might otherwise eschew due to price. Perhaps in the future if other things have improved for me, i might try these again. Until then, Nope!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I've been very happy with these hydrogen tablets. They dissolve easily and are simple to add to my daily routine. I started noticing a difference in how I felt within a few days to about a week of using them consistently. One of the reasons I chose this product is because molecular hydrogen is such a tiny molecule, which is one of the things that interested me in learning more about it. Personally, I feel like it has supported my overall wellness, including helping my digestive comfort. The quality has been excellent, and I'll definitely continue purchasing these.

Wow! I really noticed an energy boost after using this tiny effervescent tablet. I not only noticed a body boost but clearer thinking after use. The best way I can describe it is a more clear awareness. I’m looking forward to long term use. I think the effect will be more sustained after regular use.
