Crayola Washable Ready Mix Kids Paint, Pack of 4

I bought these to make fake 'blood' for a show. I wanted something that would easily wash out of costumes. Fortunately I tried it first on an old sheet! I used the 'blood' 8 times and only managed to get it washed out on one occasion! Maybe if this is washed immediately it would come out but don't rely on it washing out of anything important!Colours and paint is great otherwise!

This product is great. We just put the colours into a plastic tray and let her get on with it. The paint is thick so a protective layer (e.g. plastic apron) for the clothes is probably a wise choice even though its a water based paint. Where there have been splashes they have been easy enough to clean.She like to get her hands in the paint and mix the different colours - but with a little bit of srubbing the paint comes off. How long you scrub for - if at all - just depends how dry it is.Will buy again.

Red and blue are a good thick consistency but the yellow and green is very watery in comparison. And because the yellow and green are watery, it's much less pigmented compared to red and blue. A little disappointed that they are not all of the same consistency so we tend to use red and blue more. Maybe in some packs they're different but the pack I received was as I've described. The paint does wash off but I'd recommend doing it quickly! Washes of hands well but I would steer clear of sofas and other fabrics!

I purchased these because they were sold as washable and suitable for small children. Well, the colour is pleasant and they smell nice but they stain horrendously. One small drop on any surface and it's there forever. My daughter dropped some on her trousers and after washing them hot with disinfectant 4-5 times since the stain is as vivid as ever. They take a fair amount of scrubbing to pull off any other surface, even hard surfaces.

Nice big bottles for plenty of painting time for my almost 3 year old son. He loved to paint using all 4 colours and then we made hand prints together. Easy to wash on his hands, tables and paint brushes.Also it's not too runny which is a bit wasteful for my little one but not dripping everywhere
