Okay the garlic is absolutely the bomb My first test was to put it in melted butter and see if it puffed up again and it does it becomes soft pliable makes great garlic bread tastes really good especially dry raw and cooked quality is very good it seems to be very fresh as well very well and reasonably priced and the quality is good there's no garbage in this bottle just garlic I like seeing that on a bottle for a change amen

I got tired of Garlic powder and wanted something with more garlic impact. These are tiny chunks of dried garlic that impart lots of fresh garlic aroma and flavor. They were AWESOME on my homemade garlic bread for appetizers and added lots of flavor to homemade Mac and cheese, and basically anything you want with a good garlic flavor!! HIGHLY recommend!!

Minced garlic is minced garlic, but this one is really great quality! I used it in a batch of homemade chili, and it added the perfect boost of flavor. The pieces rehydrate nicely while cooking and blend right into the dish, giving you that savory onion taste without the hassle of chopping fresh garlic. It works wonderfully in chili, soups, casseroles, spice mixes, marinades — honestly, it’s one of those seasonings that’s good to have on hand for just about everything. It adds depth and aroma without overpowering the other flavors. If you cook at all, this minced garlic is definitely worth keeping in your pantry. Great taste, great texture, and an easy five stars from me!

This is a great product and a good value for the price I purchased it, which was about $1.60. For some reason the price is gone up dramatically. I go through garlic like most people drink water, and it's a necessity in the house. Now comparing this to garlic powder, it's probably not as potent due to the fact it's granules instead of powder. However there are times when granules work better than powder, it's more of a visual than anything else. I wish the size was double or triple the size. The freshness was very good and it is definitely effective in any meal. For granules it is the perfect size. I love this stuff, it's a must-have in the kitchen. Just for giggles I'm posting a picture.

Okay middling quality. There are some hard bits but this is generally fixed by cooking with some amount of moisture. Tastes like garlic. Pro tip: sprinkle some extra around the edge of your pizza to let burn while in cooking in the oven. Gather up the toasty fallen bits and sprinkle them on top when finished cooking.

I live alone and Iove to cook and garlic is a great flavoring for everything from scrambled eggs to suateed veggies, but I don't always have fresh garlic at the ready. This minced garlic from Amazon Grocery is a great solution. You just shake out what you need and put the cap back on to keep it fresh. I keep the bottle right on the stovetop so it's always handy. The taste is great and there is a lot in the bottle. A great addition to any spice collection.

Will buy again if they keep price reasonable.
