Good product
I actually bought this to see if it might help with my blood pressure. I only took 1 pill a day vs the two recommended. My blood pressure did come down about 10 points. I can't say for sure it was this product, but it looks promising to me. I like that it comes with additional vitamins and minerals. Pills are easy to swallow. My energy level has been good and no side effects.

It appears to help maintain a balance
I can't say for sure if this supplement helps lower my blood sugar levels. I haven't tested it in a lab or anything like that. However, after I eat a big meal with a lot of carbs, taking this supplement seems to make me feel better. It helps reduce that uncomfortable feeling I sometimes get after eating too much. Another thing I've noticed is that I sleep better since I started using this supplement. After heavy meals, I find it easier to fall asleep and stay asleep.

Works pretty good
Kept my sugars a little lower. But it sticks in my throat a lot. I got a bad gag reflex so it isn’t pretty.

Better Than Expected
I researched a lot before selecting this product for my healthy glucose support. This particular blend of nutrients has exactly what I wanted in an easy-to-swallow capsule. I'm especially pleased with the cinnamon, bitter melon, and gymnema. It's hard to find a product that has all three of those! And this is VERY affordable, a definite plus with today's cost of living being so high. I am pleased with my purchase, and I certainly recommend it to anyone wanting to keep control of their glucose.

It does work
This product does work but you need to keep a diet and exercise. I am taking this because my previous supplements were discontinued. So I found these but I have to take more than two tablets a day and other supplements. They do work if you don’t want to take regular RX. Medication. I noticed that with the diet and exercise, they will work. I ordered another bottle.
